A recent Honkai Star Rail 2.7 leak on X by user @chvuuyu revealed some information regarding the version 2.7 patch’s banners. As this title from HoYoverse is a gacha game, the characters are usually the main attraction. Thanks to this leak, Trailblazers know what they should expect from the upcoming update.

Recent Honkai Star Rail 2.7 leak suggests the release of Sunday and Tingyun’s character banner

As mentioned previously, this Honkai Star Rail 2.7 leak about the update’s banners was shared online by X user @chvuuyu. According to the leak, Sunday will receive his much-anticipated character banner during the first phase of the aforementioned patch. In previous leaks, the former was supposed to get their drip marketing announcement for the version 2.6 update, which ultimately did not come to be true.

As for the second phase of the Honkai Star Rail 2.7 patch, Tingyun’s new 5-star form is expected to receive a limited-time event banner. The leak also reveals information regarding her outfit’s characteristics and design. Moreover, she will likely feature a fox model with nine tails.

To this day, it is not confirmed how she will be introduced to the game. Therefore, players will have to wait for more leaks regarding this topic or wait for version 2.7’s special program livestream.

Since Trailblazers will be going back to Penacony in version 2.6, Sunday’s release in the next update is not an unusual occurrence. Moreover, in previous leaks, Sunday's expected Path and Element have been revealed to the players.

The version 2.7 patch will likely follow the six-week cycle if HoYoverse doesn't make the update shorter, similar to Honkai Star Rail 2.4 ending a day early.
