Following Fugue’s drip marketing campaign in Honkai Star Rail, multiple leaks regarding her kit have appeared online. Here are her Skill, Talent, and Technique, according to the latest speculations from Shiroha_Leaks:

• Skill: Increases the Break Effect of a chosen ally and makes their attacks inflict a special effect with a chance to apply the negative effect "Blazing Flame" on the target. At the same time, Fugue gains an enhanced Basic ATK for three turns. Enemies affected by "Blazing Flame" have their DEF reduced.
• Talent: When Fugue is on the field, all enemies receive a layer of Feigned Toughness, which is half of their original Toughness. At the same time, allies deal Super Break DMG to Weakness Broken targets. When an enemy's Feigned Toughness is fully depleted, they receive an additional extra Weakness Break DMG.
• Technique: Stuns all enemies in the surrounding area. Upon entering battle, her Technique applies the “Blazing Flame” debuff to enemies, while Fugue's action is advanced.

Several leaks have also claimed that Fugue uses her nine tails to deal Fire DMG to all enemies and reduces Toughness after activating her Ultimate.
