Stellar Blade graphics on Balanced Mode have taken "a substantial hit" after June 18 update, according to players
On Reddit, a Stellar Blade player named u/Artifice_Purple shared a post while complaining about the worsened image quality of the game on Balanced Mode. They wrote:
"The image quality has taken a substantial hit as of late. I don't know if it was today's update or not, but there is so much more shimmering and ghosting than I've ever seen before."
Precisely speaking, the player seems to have issues regarding extreme shimmering and ghosting compared to their previous experiences in the PS5 exclusive.
A few other users also agreed with the Redditor while mentioning that they were witnessing blurriness in the images.
Another individual wrote that they have experienced a lowered resolution and poor graphics lately even on Performance Mode in Stellar Blade.
Similarly, another player on X also complained about the worsened visuals and blur while running the game on Balanced Mode.
It seems like the problem is real and the Shift Up developers must roll out an effective solution as soon as possible.
Hopefully, the devs working with Sony Interactive Entertainment's team will announce a new patch soon to fix the growing issue for players who are not able to enjoy the PS5 exclusive as intended.
