Unlike other members of the game's roster, Cloak & Dagger are a duo. This means that you will control two characters, albeit not simultaneously. As shown in the footage, you can switch at any time between the projectile-chucking Dagger and the phantom-like Cloak, both of whom come together to form a hero that stands out among the rest under the Strategist class.
The former's projectiles heal allies, allowing her to keep teammates up in the fight from a distance. Her secondary attack launches a dome field at the target location that heals allies within. She can also launch a wall that travels in a straight line and heals allies in its path. As such, Dagger has plenty of sustain-centric abilities under her belt, as she is the healer of Cloak & Dagger.
As for Cloak, who is a damage-dealer, his primary attack seems similar to Scarlet Witch where both can siphon enemies' health by aiming at them. His secondary attack allows him to phase temporarily and even float while becoming invulnerable and evading any attacks for that duration. He can also launch a wall akin to Dagger, except it deals damage to foes and blind them.

Lastly, their Ultimate ability allows them to dash around an area together, slowing down and dealing damage to any foes caught within it. This should make for some intriguing combos with other hero Ultimates, such as Doctor Strange's Eye of Agamotto. All of this comes together to create an interesting hero that will be devastating in the right hands.
