With the League of Legends PBE finally heading into the 13.11 cycle after patch 13.10 went live earlier this week, players can get a glimpse of some of the changes they can expect from the upcoming update. PBE is the test server where Riot Games introduces changes to test out balance updates before officially shipping them with the final patch.
In the 13.11 cycle, Riot Games has thus far introduced updates for Rell and a massive number of buffs for Kalista.
Kalista has been underperforming a fair bit in season 13. The developer will be looking to provide her with a few quality-of-life changes and help her out in the current meta.
