MLBB M6 World Championship: All 23 qualified teams revealed

With the conclusion of all regional tournaments, all 23 MLBB participating teams have been confirmed for the M6 World Championship. This annual global event is set to commence on November 21, 2024, with a $1 million prize pool up for grabs. This is the sixth edition of the World Championship and is set to be played in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Wildcard Stage of the event will be hosted from November 21 to 24. It will be held in two phases: the Group Stage and the Decider Stage. Eight teams will clash in the Wildcard, with the winning team advancing to the main event.

A total of 15 teams from regional tournaments have directly been selected for the main event of the M6 World Championship. Including the wildcard winner, 16 teams will compete in the main event, which will be played from November 28 to December 15, 2024.

Main Event

  2. RRQ Hoshi (Indonesia)
  3. Fnatic ONIC (Philippines)
  4. Aurora Gaming (Philippines)
  5. Selangor Red Giants (Malaysia)
  6. Team Vamos (Malaysia)
  7. NIP Flash (Singapore)
  8. CFU Gaming (Cambodia)
  9. BloodThirsty Kings (North America)
  10. Team Spirit (CIS)
  11. S2G Esports (Turkey)
  12. Maycam Evolve (LATAM)
  13. Twisted Minds (MENA)

Team Liquid and RRQ Hoshi made it to the event after finishing first and second respectively in MPL Indonesia Season 14. Both clubs had impressive performances in that event and aim to keep up their consistent pace in the upcoming M6 World Championship.

Fnatic ONIC was the winner of the MPL Philippines Season 14, while Aurora Gaming finished second. Both clubs will now represent the Philippines in the upcoming MLBB global event. Selangor Red Giants, who won the MLBB MSC 20224, performed well in the MPL Malaysia Season 14 and emerged victorious. Team Vamos was the runner-up there.

NIP Flash won MPL Singapore Season 8 to qualify for this world championship. Team Sprint, the MCC S4 winner, and S2G Esports, the MTC S4 winner, have also advanced to the event.

Maycam Evolve recently clinched the MPL LATAM S2, while Twisted Minds won the MPL MENA S6. KeepBest emerged victorious in the MLBB China Qualifier, while Falcon Esports notched up the Myanmar Qualifier.
