Following the arrival of Season 22, a brand-new Apex Legends bug allows Ballistic players to dual-wield any weapon in the game. In a recent X clip posted by @HYPERMYSTx, the bug could be seen helping the user replicate their weapon of choice. As per HYPERMYSTx, only Ballistic can exploit this bug since he has an extra weapon slot in his inventory.
While most bugs in Apex Legends hamper players’ experience, this Ballistic bug will benefit them during in-game fights.

In the X clip, the player seemed to have already equipped the Akimbo loadout for the P2020 in Apex Legends. However, upon switching to the Flatine, the assault rifle got dual-wielded, inflicting the combined damage of two weapons, apart from having an exceptional fire rate.
However, there was one trick the player used; they got the Akimbo loadout guns down to zero ammo and then switched to primary while reloading.

After seeing HYPERMYSTx’s X post, many fans tried to exploit the Apex Legends bug in their practice range and succeeded. Replying to the video, one user posted a picture showing two EVA-8s in their hand, indicating that players could replicate the weapons regardless of their class.
However, Respawn Entertainment recently addressed this issue and pushed an update fixing the Apex Legends bug. Hence, as of writing, players won’t be able to exploit this bug in their live matches.
