Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap to feature over 40 different enemies

Fans looking forward to Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap will have no abundance of varied foes to fight. The developers at Robot Entertainment have revealed that their next-gen entry in the beloved third-person action tower-defense series will be the biggest to date, featuring more than 40 distinct enemies to fight. This comes as part of the Game Director Highlight overview from the developers.

Each requires a unique approach to be taken down, and affects the gameplay in various ways. To top it all off, bosses will further rack up the challenge so players must be prepared for what's to come. The game will also feature a 4-player co-op, so players can select from different heroes with unique powers and fight through hordes of monsters using rogue-lite progression mechanics.

Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap is in development for PC and will arrive sometime in early 2025.
