Here's what the leaker said in one of the Nintendo discussion threads on the forum:
"Pharrell Williams company is producing trailer music for Switch 2 reveal what I heard from sources."
He also added the following in another reply:
"Who said Sabrina Carpenter wasnt involved"
Pharrell Williams has been a popular cornerstone of the American music industry since the 90s. Although he is more prominent as a producer, his singing career includes massive hits such as Happy, as well as features on Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines and Lucky by Daft Punk. Sabrina Carpenter meanwhile shot to fame with her songs Espresso and Please Please Please.
With two major stars said to be involved with music for a Nintendo Switch 2 trailer, it will no doubt be something catchy and memorable. That said, assuming the production of the music has been wrapped up, a trailer debuting the hardware officially to the public may not be as far away as hoped.

This lines up with past rumors suggesting that Nintendo will showcase its next-gen console early next month (January 2025). There have been a bunch of leaks over the past few months, including hardware design, accessories, and more, with even indie developers announcing Switch 2 ports of their games.
While fans have gotten an idea of what the console itself will look like thanks to past leaks, they are now eager to know how its games and OS (operating system) would look. Assuming this latest leak is true, the trailer should offer a glimpse of the games coming to the next-gen platform, just as the debut Nintendo Switch trailer showed off back in March 2017.
