Popular streamer and YouTuber Charlie "MoistCr1TiKaL" has commented on the recent controversy involving Kick streamer Ragnesh "N3on." For context, on April 29, 2024, N3on collaborated with notorious internet personality Squeeze Benz, known for driving recklessly and getting involved in high-speed car chases.
During their collaboration, Squeeze Benze overspeeded a Lamborghini Urus, dangerously overtaking several cars on a highway. At one point, the New York-based personality crashed the SUV, with N3on sitting in the co-passenger seat. Following the incident, the Indian-American content creator's Kick channel was seemingly taken down.
In a YouTube video titled, Streamer Involved in Hit and Run Live, MoistCr1TiKaL criticized the Stake-backed platform, claiming it was a place where people broadcast "actual illegal activity." Commenting on their decision not to permanently ban Ragnesh, the Florida native remarked:
"N3on has been banned for this, and I know it's not going to be permanent because nothing on Kick ever is. They are a platform that is impossible to take seriously because it is pretty much used by a lot of people as a place to just broadcast actual illegal activity. And, Kick still does really nothing about it, except give them a 72-hour ban at most."

According to MoistCr1TiKaL, Kick was "guilty" of failing to enforce their terms of service properly. While drawing parallels with Twitch streamers receiving a three-day ban for broadcasting questionable content, Charlie stated:
"Kick themselves would talk about how Twitch is so inconsistent with their rules, which they are, don't get me wrong. So like, a girl spreading her bu**hole live on camera or even having full-blown sex on cam on Twitch only results in a three-day ban. Meanwhile, Kick still does the same kind of s**t, for similar content like that, as well as actual crimes that are being broadcast there."
MoistCr1TiKaL added:
"They are still guilty of doing exactly the same s**t of terrible enforcement for their rules."

"I imagine, maybe, they could come after him for setting this up" - MoistCr1TiKaL gives his take on N3on's recent controversy
At the two-minute mark of the aforementioned YouTube video, MoistCr1TiKaL commented on N3on's crash during his collaboration with Squeeze Benz. Claiming that the 19-year-old was acting like he was "trying to lose stars in Grand Theft Auto," the Twitch star said:
"He starts running away, saying that he needs to get inside and off the street. He starts treating it like he's trying to lose stars in Grand Theft Auto here. So, he is clearly freaked out by all of this. He also just got out of jail and now he could be looking at some more problems."
While MoistCr1TiKaL acknowledged that N3on was not driving when he was involved in an accident, he speculated that the latter could get in trouble for setting up the livestream.

MoistCr1TiKaL elaborated:
"Now granted he wasn't the one driving, so I don't think he'd face any serious repercussions. Though, I imagine, maybe, they could come after him for setting this up because this was clearly the idea behind the stream - get together with the most dangerous driver and do some dangerous driving for N3on's stream to entertain his audience. So, it'd be, like, premeditated crimes, pretty much for the sake of Kick streams."
At the time of writing, N3on's Kick channel had been reinstated, and his collaboration livestream with Squeeze Benz was accessible.
