The upcoming PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2024 will not feature any Indian teams. This was officially confirmed after the organizers invited IHC Esports from Mongolia to the event. With the invited team being announced now, the slot distribution for all 49 participants has been finalized. The prestigious event will kick off on October 31, 2024.
Initially, fans did expect that one team from India would play in the event but this will be the third straight year without an Indian presence in the Global Championship. GodLike Esports from India was invited to participate in the PMGC 2021. This was the only edition that included an Indian team.
