PMGC 2024 Survival Stage: All 24 teams, groups, and dates revealed

The Survival Stage of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2024 will take place from November 20 to 22, 2024. A total of 24 teams from the Group Stage will participate in this phase. These teams have been divided equally into three groups for the Survival Stage. The 16 top-performing teams from the overall points table will achieve their spots in the Last Chance stage.

The Group Stage was conducted from October 31 to November 17, 2024. Nine teams from this stage have qualified for the PMGC 2024 Grand Finals, while 24 teams reached the Survival Stage. The remaining 15 teams were eliminated from this PUBG Mobile tournament.

The top six teams from the Last Chance stage will earn a spot in the Grand Finals. The total prize pool of the Global Championship 2024 is $3 million. The champions will walk away with an enormous prize of $400,000.

Here are the three groups with eight teams each for the Survival Stage:

Major Pride had a great run in the PMGC Group Stage as the team was fourth in its group and missed a spot in the top three by a small margin of seven points. Miraen Sejong was also impressive but faltered in its last few games and slipped to fifth position in its group. D’Xavier and Vampire Esports were inconsistent in the previous stage.

IW NRX ranked fourth in its group during the Group Stage and unfortunately missed a spot in the Grand Finals by a narrow margin of two points. Falcons Force, an experienced Mongolian team, was fifth in its group. ASi8 from Pakistan looked great in the initial few matches but stumbled on the last day. Faze and Tianba had an average run there.

Dplus KIA had a strong start to the PMGC 2024 but couldn’t maintain consistency in the last three days. As a result, the South Korean club came fourth in its group. 4Merical and RC Bra were fifth and sixth, respectively. Team Liquid gave mediocre performances in the Group Stage.

These 24 teams will now collide in the Survival Stage, where each team will compete in 12 matches. Their main focus will be to finish in the top 16 and make it to the Last Chance stage.
