PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024: All 28 qualified teams revealed 

July 19 marks the commencement of the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024 in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. All the participating teams have been announced for the tournament. This 10-day mega event has a total prize pool of $3 million, where 28 squads from across the world will clash against each other for the prestigious trophy. It will be organized in three phases — Group Stage, Survival, and Main Event.

On June 21, this tournament's organizers officially confirmed that Power Esports has received a special invite since it is the host country team. Thailand's Vampire Esports also got the same treatment as the World Invitational 2022 winner. These are the only two clubs that got special invitations. The other 26 teams have been selected through qualifying tournaments.

All participating teams in PMWC 2024

During the Group Stage, 24 teams will battle it out for 12 spots in the Main Event. The bottom 12 squads from this first stage will be seeded into the Survival round, where four other teams have directly been invited from their regional PMSL events.

The third and final phase of the World Cup, named Main Event, will feature the top 12 squads from the Group Stage and the top four teams from the Survival round. Here are all the participants:

Schedule for PMWC

The Group Stage will be hosted across three days from July 19 to 21, 2024. The Survival Stage will be conducted over two days on July 23 and 24. Then, the Main Stage will be played from July 26 to 28, featuring a total of 18 matches. The full format and timetable of the contest will be announced soon.

The PMWC is the second global tournament related to PUBG Mobile in 2024. The first international event of the year, the PMGO, was held in Brazil and offered $500K in prize money. The third international competition related to the game, the PMGC, will be played in the United Kingdom in November and December 2024. It will feature $3 million in prize money.
