Brazilian team Alpha 7 Esports won the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2024 in dominant fashion on August 28, 2024. After showcasing top-notch performances in many events in the past four years, the club finally managed to conquer its first global title. The organization was awarded the first prize of $400 for winning.

Alpha 7 Esports amassed 153 points from 18 PMWC Main Event matches, claiming five Chicken Dinners and 82 eliminations. The lineup was remarkable throughout the World Cup 2024.

Reject from Japan earned the first runner-up spot and secured the second prize of $200,000. The team had collected 124 points and two Chicken Dinners in the Main Event. Squad member Reiji was awarded the MVP title, along with $50,000. He acquired 33 eliminations in 18 games.

This squad was the winner of the PUBG Mobile Global Open 2024, which was held in April 2024. Reiji was the MVP in that event as well.

Tianba, a team from China, had a stunning run in the Main Event, as the side came third despite not winning a single match in this stage. The Chinese squad scored 124 points in 18 matches and performed admirably on the final day.

DRX from South Korea and BOOM from Indonesia got the fourth and fifth positions with 111 points and 108 points, respectively. Vampire Esports from Thailand saw a mediocre run, ending up in the seventh spot with 104 points.

Mongolian teams IHC and 4Merical Vibes' gameplay was average in the PUBG Mobile World Cup. They came 11th and 12th, respectively. NRX Esports, the star team of the Survival Stage, faltered in the Main Event. Similarly, Yoodo Alliance, the top squad in the PMWC Group Stage, faltered in this crucial phase. Power Esports finished 16th in the Main Event.
