After a year of inactivity, NAVI star is set to return to the LAN event, but under a new organization. According to a report from HLTV, the CS2 star is being loaned to Falcons for the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe RMR. The new Falcons' roster has reportedly been locked in on September 22, 2024.
With the three-time Player of the Year joining the Falcons, he will supposedly replace Alvaro '"SunPayus" Garcia in the main roster. Interestingly, the NAVI star made his CS2 debut with Falcons at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown, but it ended up in a loss against Metizport.
The new Falcons will be as follows:
- Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
- Peter "dupreeh"' Rasmussen
- Emil "Magisk" Reif
- Pavle "Maden" Boskovic
- Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev (loan)
- Danny "zonic" Sorensen (coach)
- Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia (benched)
It would be interesting to see what the CS2 star brings to the Falcons. The team has struggled with form throughout the ongoing season, exiting many tournaments in group stages. The last big win the team got was a semi-final run at IEM Katowice 2024 where they secured $80,000.
