Day 5 of the Snapdragon MLBB Pro Series APAC Challenge Season took place on January 11, 2025. A total of 16 teams were divided into four groups. The top squad from each group has progressed to the Challenge Finals. Meanwhile, the second-ranked team from each group has been relegated to the Last Chance Qualifier. The remaining eight squads have been eliminated from the Pro Series.
Four teams will now play in the Last Chance Qualifier on January 12 for two spots in the Challenge Finals. Team Liquid, Aurora, Blacklist International, and Alter Ego are the four teams that have been advanced to the LCQ.
Meanwhile, ONIC Philippines, RRQ Hoshi, Evos Holy, and Bigetro Alpha have already qualified for the Challenge Finals.

Day 5 highlights of Snapdragon MLBB Pro Series APAC Challenge Season
In Group A, Blacklist International delivered an emphatic performance against Evos Glory and clinched victory by a 2-1 scoreline. The Filipino squad had a disappointing start and lost the initial round. However, it bounced back and grabbed the next two rounds. Star MLBB players Outplayed and Hadji were impressive.
In Group B, Alter Ego hammered Team Liquid from the Philippines with a 2-0 score line. Nino and Haiz played especially well. The Malaysian firm had a good start to the Challenge Season and won its first match against RSG. The team lost to RRQ Hoshi in its second game but made a comeback in the third match.
In Group C, Indonesia’s Team Liquid grabbed a 2-0 win against Team Flash. The seasoned squad recently finished second in the M6 World Championship and had a great start to the Challenge Season, winning its first match. The squad lost its second battle but bounced back in the third game.
In Group D, Aurora Gaming defeated Todak with a 2-1 scoreline. The organization lost its first round but managed to win the second and third.
In the Last Chance Qualifier, Blacklist International will play against Aurora Gaming in the first game. Meanwhile, Alter Ego will face Team Liquid. All matches will be played in a Bo3 (Best of three) structure. The top two squads will be awarded a spot in the Challenge Finals, while the remaining two will be eliminated from the MLBB Pro Series.
