Fortnite content creator Turner "Tfue" posted his first vlog on X on May 17. However, a large number of fans of the veteran streamer and YouTuber did not seem to like the ten-minute-long video, with the phrase "Tfue fell off" promptly trending on the social media platform.
Since Elon Musk's website started monetization of content, many creators have started uploading their videos on X. People like MrBeast have been quite open about it, even posting his earnings after conducting a trial run a few months ago. Turner seems to have had the same idea, and posted the vlog on the website with the caption:
"My first vlog on X"

As he is one of the most popular Fortnite creators who has been in the streaming game for years, the post attracted a lot of attention, getting over 3 million views within 15 hours of being published. However, the reaction from viewers has been mixed. As mentioned before, X has been flooded with long-time watchers claiming that Turner has fallen from the good old days.
X user Everything Out Of Context even criticized it for its length, writing:
"Tfue fell off. Bro should had ended the video after 20 seconds no one watching these documentaries ahh videos on here"
Here is a sample of "Tfue fell" posts that got the phrase to trend hours after he posted the video.
On the other hand, some have lauded Tfue for uploading his first video on X, with Kick streamer Nickmercs and Ac7ionMann commenting positively under the post.
Tfue has been IRL streaming since joining Kick after coming out of his retirement
Turner was one of the biggest Fortnite streamers back in 2020 but decided to stop playing the game and become a variety content creator who plays various games. Last year, he announced that he would be taking an indefinite break from any kind of content creation, essentially retiring.
In November of 2023, he announced a comeback and joined Twitch's rival streaming platform, Kick. He currently has over 200K followers on the relatively new platform but still boasts over 10 million subscribers on YouTube. Furthermore, his Twitch account is still active with over 11 million followers, as he multicasts his streams on both the Amazon-owned platform as well as Kick.
However, his schedule has become quite sporadic, and unlike in the past, Tfue has been doing a lot of Just Chatting and IRL streams instead of gaming on Kick. This shift in his content has not gone down well with long-time viewers who started watching the streamer back when he was a prolific Fortnite Battle Royale creator.
Statistics from Twitch Tracker also attest to the fact that his viewership on the platform has gone down drastically over the years, with his follower influx also coming to a standstill since 2023. A lack of a regular streaming schedule on top of IRL streams, which seems to be drawing a smaller number of viewers in comparison to his heydays, has certainly contributed to the "fell off" comments on social media.
