Andrey Yanyuk, or simply "Reynad27," is a competitive gamer, esports organization owner, and streamer originally from Ukraine but now residing in the United States.
He is currently facing a lawsuit with potential damages of up to $5 million. This legal action came to light when former investigator turned content creator Henry Resilient reported on it.
As per the court records, Reynad27 and his company, AVY Entertainment, are accused of receiving $5 million in investment from WarpSeed with the commitment to release the beta version of their NFT-based video game titled "The Bazaar" by May 2022.
That said, they haven't delivered on these promises, which has led to a legal dispute.

What is the lawsuit against Reynad27? Exploring court documents
Former private investigator Henry Resilient has uncovered the original court documents that pertain to the plaintiff, WarpSeed, and the defendant, Reynad27, and his company.
These documents highlight the alleged breach of promises by Reynad27 and AVY, which have naturally resulted in the ongoing altercation. Here's what the legal document read:
"The Complaint seeks remedies for defendant AVY Entertainment, INC.'s repeated negligent misrepresentations made to assure WarpSeed that AVY possessed the technical capabilities and resources to timely release a "beta" (trial) version of "The Bazaar," a still-unreleased video game, by May 2022."
Also:
"WarpSeed relied on AVY's misrepresentations when it invested in AVY, and by this action seeks the recovery of its $5 million investment, together with accrued interest."
Furthermore, the document reveals that the plaintiff's funds were purportedly redirected into cryptocurrencies instead of being allocated towards the development of the gaming project as originally intended.
The document also provides finer details, indicating that AVY had made commitments to release the game to "friends and families" by May 2022 and to the global audience by July of the same year.
