Kuro Games has revealed Phoebe as one of the characters for the Wuthering Waves 2.0 set of updates. She is one of the new units who will arrive in the game with the release of the Rinascita region. Version 2.0 will go live after the ongoing Wuthering Waves 1.4 update concludes in a few weeks.

Phoebe revealed as an upcoming Wuthering Waves 2.0 character

Through a series of social media posts across platforms, Kuro Games recently teased that the Rover will meet a few Resonators on their journey across the nation of Rinascita. On November 22, 2024, the developer finally showcased these units via an official post on X.

Phoebe is one of the upcoming characters expected to become playable in the next series of updates, starting from the Wuthering Waves 2.0 update.

In the X post, Phoebe can be seen wielding one of the items showcased in Kuro Games' previous social media teasers. This item is a staff, and you can easily spot the character wielding it in her official artwork.

The announcement post also contains the following excerpt from Phoebe:

"May the Sentinel guide those who are lost."

Phoebe’s design suggests she hails from a noble family. According to her official announcement post, she may have a connection to the Sentinel of Rinascita. Although unconfirmed, she could potentially be the Magistrate of her nation, similar to how Jinhsi is for Jinzhou. This is speculative and may change.

Besides Phoebe, Kuro Games has also revealed four other Resonators: Brant, Roccia, Zani, and Carlotta.
