XDefiant to refund XCoin for eligible Elite and Ultimate Founder's Pack buyers

XDefiant has announced via their official X handle that they will refund XCoin to eligible players who bought the game's Elite and Ultimate Founder's Packs. The refunds will only be issued to those who purchased the title's Battle Pass or the Ded Sec Faction first and then bought the game's premium editions. These refunds are being issued to players as the premium game versions already include the Battle Pass and the Ded Sec Faction.

Hence, if someone purchased the Battle Pass or the Ded Sec Faction first and then bought the premium editions of the game, they are essentially paying for the Battle Pass or the Ded Sec Faction twice.

XDefiant is rolling out XCoin refunds to Elite and Ultimate Founder's Pack buyers

XDefiant will issue XCoin refunds to the eligible Elite and Ultimate Founder's Pack buyers, which will be refunded directly to the player's account and can go towards their next in-game purchase.

According to the official announcement post on X, these refunds will be rolled out weekly. Hence, if you have yet to receive your refund, you must wait for a few days.

This refund will only be for the duplicate content available in the premium packs. Both the Elite and Ultimate editions come with the Battle Pass and the Watch Dogs Ded Sec Faction, and hence, expect to be refunded only for these two particular items under the condition that you bought them before purchasing one of the premium packs.

Developers have yet to disclose the exact amount of the refund, but it is likely to be the price of the Battle Pass and Ded Sec Faction, which is 700 XCoins and 1000 XCoins, respectively, totaling 1700 XCoins.
