The Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 drip marketing revealed Caeser, so she is set to release as a playable character in the upcoming update. While details about her abilities are yet to be made public, renowned third-party sources like Seele Leaks have reported some of the kit crumbs of this new Agent.

Here’s every bit of information available about Caesar’s abilities:

• Basic Attack (long press): She throws a mini sword that deals damage. The blade spins in a circle and returns to her like a boomerang. It can also trigger a counterattack.
• Special Attack: Wields her round shield to unleash a forward attack. If this ability is used to counter-hit an enemy, it will not consume energy. Successfully triggering this counter three times causes your attacks to deal strong Daze damage.
• Ultimate: Caesar throws the mini sword, which remains active on the battlefield, and spins around, dealing damage to enemies along the way.
• Core Skill: After releasing a special attack, the Agent provides a shield for the entire team. While the shield is active, squad members gain increased damage, anti-interruptions, and enhanced Daze damage.

Looking back at her potential kit, it appears that Caesar has multiple ways to activate counterhits on enemies. The countering property, paired with the ability to generate shields for the entire squad, stems from her Defense fighting style in Zenless Zone Zero.

As of writing, there are limited characters from the defensive department. Hopefully, Caesar will be able to uphold this fighting style and use it to dominate the battle so that players will anticipate more Agents like her in future updates.
