Nintendo fans have had a lot to be excited about over the past few years. The Switch has brought them many incredible titles, let alone a unique playing experience that no other system can mimic. Today, the company revealed what indie titles would be ported to the console this year.
At the 2019 Nindies Showcase, Nintendo announced several great indie games for the Switch, including one of the best games to come out in recent memory, Cuphead.
Cuphead is a run and gun platformer developed by Studio MDHR back in 2017. It focused on a heavy dose of nostalgia, returning to a classic animation style, known as rubber hose animation, reminding players of old cartoons they'd seen growing up. Old Disney and Fleischer cartoons like Popeye the Sailor Man, Betty Boop, and Steamboat Willie came to mind when playing through this difficult title.
