Online server issues regarding NBA 2K15 to be resolved with the new update

Only a few days after the release of the game, the players got upset due to an error which referred that the players couldn't log in to the server. While 2K Forums, Twitter, and other social media outlets got overrun with complaints from purchasers of the annual hoops franchise, 2K announced they were working on solutions for the online issues that are preventing people from accessing major aspects of the game. Later on 17 October, the 2K Support Twitter page announced the following:

“#NBA2K15 connecting to online issue should be resolved. Please reboot & let us know.”

Since the release date till now, NBA 2K15 has been facing problems. One of then being the facial recognition problems although it seems it is resolved now. But the online server issue still persists. Even after the twitter announcement, people are still facing problem in signing in. The developers also tweeted,

“We are continuing to investigate #NBA2K15 player reports of not being able to connect online. Thank you for your patience.”

Seeing the reaction of the players, if the developers do not find a solution to the server issue, the people might choose another game to play and pass their time.
