Overkill Software introduces first female character "Clover" to Pay Day 2

The great co-operative shooter game of our time , PayDay2 certainly compels players to engage their “sharp planning and sharp shooting” skills set and now players can excercise these skills on a new character “Clover” who will be the first female character of the game series. She is the new DLC character who comes equipped with an assault rifle and a shillelagh. Clover also brings with her a new Burglar perk deck. Described by Overkill as "nimble," burglars have increased speed in picking locks, bagging bodies, and answering pages. Additionally, burglars will be harder to hit in combat and recovers faster from damage.

Clover’s Signature Mask

Clover's signature mask is described by Overkill as emblematic of that which she "fears and hates most of all," which is people who wear a metaphorical mask as their normal face. Clover also brings with her an assault rifle as her main weapon, the last remnant of a shipment of stolen guns hijacked, of course, by Clover herself. The crime was perpetrated with help from Huxton, and Overkill says she keeps the rifle as a reminder of both her last job, and "her first teacher."
