Blizzard developers have finally introduced Overwatch 2 hotfixed patch notes (July 13), following the recent implementation of the mid-season patch. They implemented a few changes to balance some Heroes, especially Tank characters like Ramattra and Zarya. According to Overwatch 2’s Game Director Aaron Keller, Blizzard developers had closely inspected the Season 11 mid-season patch. Based on the uproar from the OW2 community, the devs finally released a hotfix of the older patch where the Tank characters became more powerful.
Additionally, Aaron Keller has promised to keep monitoring the current Overwatch 2 hotfix patch’s implementation throughout the weekend. They might release another patch based on the community feedback.

Nemesis Form:
- Cooldown increased from 7 to 8 seconds.
- Base armor reduced from 100 to 75.
- Base health reduced from 275 to 250.

Particle Barrier:
- Shared cooldown increased from 10 to 11 seconds.
- Duration reduced from 2.5 to 2.25 seconds.
Projected Barrier:
- Shared cooldown increased from 10 to 11 seconds.
- Duration reduced from 2.5 to 2.25 seconds.
DPS Hero changes
Pharah
Base health:
- Reduced from 250 to 225.
Support Hero changes
Illari
Healing Pylon:
- Cooldown increased from 12 to 14 seconds.
Captive Sun:
- Ultimate cost increased by 12%.
Lúcio
Sonic Amplifier:
- Knockback reduced by 10%.
