Hazard is the brand-new Tank Hero coming to Overwatch 2. He will likely be introduced with the ‘Hazardous Tactics’ update and will be the thirteenth Tank in the game.
Upon first look, Hazard looks to be a human character with a robotic right arm. His primary weapon is a multi-barreled shooter infused with his robotic arm and he derives his abilities from the powerful Vanadium Isotope.
Hazard’s abilities have not been officially announced yet but a few can be derived from the teaser video. One of them appears to be a sword made out of the special Vanadium Isotope, which can be used at short range or possibly deal some sort of area-of-effect damage upon slamming on the ground.
Another of Hazards’s abilities shows him spawning crystals made out of the Vanadium Isotope that stick to the ground, walls, and ceiling. The exact nature of this ability has not been revealed; however, this might be some sort of shield ability considering him to be a Tank Hero.
Alternatively, these crystals might also be spawning at the locations where Hazard kills an enemy making this some sort of a Passive ability.
