Pharmacist in Escape from Tarkov is a fairly challenging quest that players will get from Therapist. • Locate and acquire the Carbon case containing the device on Customs
• Find the paramedic’s car on Customs (Optional)
• Go inside of the dorm room 114 on Customs (Optional)
• Hand the Carbon case over to Therapist

Firstly, fire up a Customs raid and head towards the dorm area. If you are not familiar with the map, we recommend you use either Map Genie or the Tarkov Wiki for navigation. Once you reach the dorms on Customs, locate the two-story dorm and head inside.

Once inside, head left through the hallway and find the room marked 114. Use the dorm room key 114 to open the door and enter the room. You can spot the Carbon case that you need for the task on top of the safe. Interact with it to pick it up and make your way to the extract. Do note that if the door is unlocked, there might be a player in the vicinity.

Best ways to get the dorm room 114 key

If you don't have the flea market unlocked, you can look for the room 114 key in the blue-colored car at the military checkpoint. Unfortunately, it’s not a guaranteed spawn, so you will have to check the spot continuously until you find the key.

If you have the flea market unlocked, purchase it from there and complete the task. After finishing the quest, you can sell the key as the FIR (Found In Raid) restriction has been lifted.
