#1 The Goalkeepers

The team has a great goalkeeping talent in Sczcensy and a decent back up keeper in the form of Fabianski. Szczesny is 24 years old and starts with an OVR of 79 and can grow up to 84 or 85. Fabianski is the second goal keeper and is good enough to keep in cup games and is very useful if you like to rotate your team.
Damian Martinez is very young so make sure you loan him out as soon as possible. If you have downloaded the winter update, then his OVR improves considerably. He doesn’t grow beyond an OVR of 75 though. If you’re not confident with him and want a stronger 3rd keeper, then I recommend you sign someone like Lee Nicholls or Jack Butland and loan them out. By the time Szczesny is 28-29, these goal keepers will be ready to take his place.
#2 The Defence
Arsenal have 3 top centre halves in Koscielny, Mertesacker and Vermaelaen. The full-backs are quite decent too. Jenkinson is a good back up for Sagna while Monreal and Gibbs can be rotated at LB. Bellerin will grow rapidly on loan and will be very good in a few years’ time.
The centre halves are all over 26, so buying a young CB like Arlind Ajeti or Michael Keane for around $1 million wouldn’t hurt.
You can also buy someone like Toby Alderweireld for 5m, if you like to rotate your players a lot, since you will be playing in Europe and all the domestic cups. So you will have 24m left after you’re finished improving your back four.
#3 The Midfield
Arsenal have some high quality midfielders, in the form of Ozil, Carzola, Podolski and Wilshere. The four of them are enough for you to execute a 4-4-2 diamond formation whithout playing anyone out of position, but you can’t overwork them. Ramsey and Flamini are very good central mid fielders and can always be used to replace Jack Wilshere.
Rosicky is a good attacking replacement for Ozil, while Walcott and Chamberlain are good alternatives for Podolski and Carzola. Miyaichi and Gnabry will grow into brilliant wingers and must be given time on loan to grow, but for the moment Arsenal lack a dangerous winger, someone who can be utilized as a good forward as well.
Marco Reus would be a wise buy. So you can pay 15m, plus Arteta/Rosicky and sign him. After this change, the budget that remains is only 9m, which suggests you may need to sell some of the players.
#4 Forwards
Olivier Giroud is the only striker that is actually Premier League squad material, but to develop your team, you’ll have to sell him, as well as Bendtner. Together they will give you around 20m.
You can buy the young PSV striker, Locadia or Luiciano Vietto or Nico Lopez from Udinese. They will cost you around 4m. So with that you have two young strikers, one of these three and Sanogo.
With the remaining 25-30m, you can sign one of the first rate strikers, like Luis Muriel, Javier Hernandez, Edin Dzeko, Mario Balotelli or Jackson Martinez.
#5 Important tips
Also, make sure you send a lot of players on loan. Youll get a lot of money from wages, and if you have around $250,000 in wages; then you have to ensure thatyou dont miss out onRobert Lewandowski, if he doesnt leave Dortmund in the first window. You can pick him up for free as his contract expires in the first season.
And if you get through the group stages of the Champions League, which you mostly will, youll get another15m for making it through.
You can buy another quality player, or a few young players, like Zakaria Bakkali(RW), Memphis Depay(LW) and Jonathan Tah(CB)
Each of the wingers will cost you around 6m and the Tah will cost you 3-4m.
By the start of the next season, your team will look like this.
#6 Reserve team
You’re secondary team should look like this.
This team can be used for cups and Champions league group stage matches.
