Sci-fi themed Space Engineers from Keen Software House has just released a quick look at their new title Medieval Engineers.
The game might sound a bit different from the studio, Space Engineers lasers and spacecrafts for trebuchets, drawbridges and castles, keeping the basics the same. Players will have to take the time to build castles and apart from spacecrafts or space-based bases.
The game is based on the popular voxel-based sandbox genre, which became popular after the game Mojang’s Minecraft was originally released. In a recent video the developers have shown off the demolition of some voxel-based castle and bridges.
The game Medieval Engineers is at the moment in alpha testing and will be available via Steam’s Early Assess feature from February 19th. There are a number of constructions that have been involved such as “cities, castles and fortifications; construct mechanical devices and engines; perform landscaping and underground mining.”
