The Team Recruitment System in PlayerUnknown's Battleground Mobile is one of the features what I am talking about. The team recruitment system helps you to get players from all around the world and not only that it also help players meet new players meeting their requirements.

By requirements I mean there are PUBG Mobile players who like camping, or some who like being direct. By putting in the desired requirements, you can get a perfect team and having the same type of player can help you to win that chicken dinner.

Consider a hypothetical situation where you are in the last circle and there are few players left and you consider camping as a good tactic in that situation. But one of your random teammates is not into camping and he pushes forward both compromising your location and getting killed. I know its a messed up situation but there are sometimes like this in matchmaking when you get team up with the polar opposite of yours which leads you and your squad to lose the match.

The team recruitment system in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile can be accessed in the global chat menu. Select the second menu in the list of menu's in left side of global chat. There you can select the team recruitment feature which lets you choose what kind of player you are looking for like a camper, gunslinger, sniper, lazy bum, tactician and shotgun lover. Other option lets you choose the settings of the game like the player joining should have a mic or not, Match Perspective and Map.
