In PUBG, it doesn't matter on which device you're playing, Tencent has designed the game compatible with each device. You can play the game in PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation, or Xbox. If you play PUBG Mobile, you will have phone friendly game maps. If you play PUBG PC, you will have better graphics game maps.

Tencent also offers a feature for PUBG Mobile players which don't pair them with PUBG Mobile Emulator players. This helps to keep both the platforms apart from each other. Thus, only PUBG Mobile players can pay with each other, and Emulator players can play among themselves.

In the case of Fortnite Mobile, you have to play with the same graphics of the PC version. There are no differences in the customization of maps according to the devices. Hence, you won't be able to play the same game with that sort of excitement if your device is not up to the standards.

PUBG Mobile is also available on Google Play Store and Apple Store which helped Tencent to reach a maximum number of people all over the world. In the case of Fortnite, you can only download it from the iOS Store. So, if you are carrying an Android device, better much buddy!
