Up until recently, Rainbow Six Siege esports consisted of nine global leagues. However, to streamline the system, the number of leagues has been reduced to only four:

  • EML (Europe, MENA & Turkey): Consists of teams from Europe, MENA, and Turkey.
  • SAL (South America League): Brazil and South Latin America will now be merged into a single unified league.
  • NAL (North America League): Consists of North America, Central America, Ecuador, and Columbia.
  • APL (Asia Pacific League): This league features three subdivisions including APAC North, comprised of Korea & Japan; Asia, consisting of the South-East and South Asia area; and finally, Oceania, the combination of Australia, New Zealand, and Polynesia.

According to the Rainbow Six Siege Esports 2025 roadmap, 10 teams from EML, SAL, and NAL regions each will compete in a round-robin format followed by a six-team playoff per stage. By the end of Stage 2, the top four teams will qualify for the November 2025 Major.

In December 2025, the combined standings of Stage 1 and Stage 2 will see the top six teams in their own regional finals. However, the format will be different for the APL region, where the top teams will emerge out of the usual group stage and playoffs from each sub-division.

The best teams will fight at Stage 2 in a LAN Major Qualifier to make it to the November Major. The top two teams from each sub-division will also be selected to play at the APL Regional Finals.

  • Winning the SI Last Chance Qualifiers: Four teams

Apart from that, 11 teams will qualify by way of Six Invitational points accumulated through the many stages of the competition. The 11 teams with the most points will qualify for the Six Invitational.

The Rainbow Six Siege Esports 2025 roadmap has introduced the revamped R6 Share Affiliate Program, which consists of 20 partner teams, including Furia, G2 Esports, Team Secret, and more. Only 18 of these teams have been revealed, with the remaining two set to be announced during the Boston Six Invitational.

23 organizations have been selected worldwide under the Affiliate Program. This includes five from NA, EU, and SA, and eight from APAC. These teams will automatically join the program once they qualify for their respective leagues, except for APAC, where slots are distributed according to the sub-divisions.

The Affiliate Program is created to ensure that teams outside of the R6 Share program also enjoy some quality benefits.
