Reconnaissance in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards

Reconnaissance is a quest from Prapor in Escape from Tarkov where you must go to the Lighthouse and scout the water treatment plant buildings. There are three buildings in the water treatment plant that are guarded by Rogues along with houses nearby. Therefore, proceed with caution and take them all out to ensure your safety.

The task objective of Reconnaissance in Escape from Tarkov are as follows:

• Locate and scout the roof of Building 1 on Lighthouse.
• Locate and scout the roof of Building 2 on Lighthouse.
• Locate and scout the roof of Building 3 on Lighthouse.
• Extract from the map with the “Survived” exit status.

Building 1 on Lighthouse

Building 1 on Lighthouse is located at the front of the area. Since you need to go to the top of the building, you must first clear the Rogues on the roof. This is fairly simple, as the Rogues will be on mounted guns. A high-caliber weapon is recommended to defeat them.

When all Rogues are eliminated, go to the roof using the metal stairs on the eastern side of the building and run around on top of the building for a bit until you get the quest objective done.

Building 2 on Lighthouse

Like in Building 1, you need to clear the Rogues on the roof in Building 2. When they are on their mounted weapons, pick them off one by one. Additionally, attempt headshots, as they will die with a single bullet.

Similar to the first building, this will also have metal stairs that you need to climb before walking on the roof. While there, you can also loot the area and the dead Rogues for valuables.

Building 3 on Lighthouse

While Rogues use mounted guns in the first two buildings, in Building 3, they roam the roof. Thus, it's recommended to make them come down so you can eliminate them or pick them off one by one from the top of Building 2.

When everything is cleared, climb to the roof to get the third objective done and then exfil from the map. The best way to do so from there is by either going to the vehicle extract, Northern Road, or Path to Shoreline.

• Prapor Reputation: +0.03
• Roubles: 155,000 (162,750 and 178,250 Roubles with Intel Center levels 2 and 3, respectively.
• Korund-VM body armor: 1x
• KIASS Condor glasses: 1x
• Unlocks the Korund-VM from plate barter on Prapor Loyalty Level 3
