Rockstar’s Senior Engineer, Feinstein set a buzz a few months ago that he is working on the sequel to a very popular IP. He revealed this news on his LinkedIn account and it is rumored that the game will be labeled Red Dead Redemption 2. Even though Feinstein did not share or specify any further details, gamers believe that it is going to be Red Dead Redemption 2.

Colin Sebastian, Baird Equity Research analyst’s thoughts on this subject also coincided with gamers. According to Sebastian, since Red Dead Redemption Part 1 was Rockstar’s second bestselling gaming series, after the GTA series, therefore it is obvious that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be hitting the gaming charts soon. This puts Red Dead Redemption ahead of other IPs like Manhunt and Bully.

Rumor has it that Colin claimed the release date of Red Dead Redemption 2 as November 2015. Where he got the debut date from is still unknown. Since Colin couldn’t come up with any evidence to support his statements, it is best to take this rumor with a pinch of salt.
