Avgust is the latest 5-star Arcanist, who debuted in the Reverse 1999 version 1.8 update. This Plant Afflatus Arcanist boasts Heal, Dispeller, and DPS tags. He can inflict Mental damage on enemies and dispel all Pos Status and Stats Up from them. The 5-star Arcanist can also buff his allies, providing them a damage bonus and reducing the damage they take from enemies.

He can also heal allies by inflicting the Cure status effect and damage heal. This Arcanist can be beneficial if Timekeepers lack a proper supporter for the Plant team.   • Greetings (Basic Skill): He deals 120%/200%/300% damage to two enemies with one/two/three-star rank cards. Additionally, he grants a 10% Damage Dealt to himself and allies in front for two rounds with all-star rank cards. Moreover, he dispels all Stats Up and Pos Status from enemies with two and three-star rank cards.
  • Wish You Good Health (Basic Skill): He buffs all allies for one round by inflicting the Cure Status. It restores their HP, equal to 50% of his Attack at the start of each round. He also grants a 10% Damage Heal to himself and allies behind him for two rounds with all rank cards.
  • One Stroke After Another (Ultimate Skill): He deals 300% damage to all enemies with One Stroke After Another. Additionally, he grants one stack of Rousing Morale to himself and his allies in front. He also gives one stack of Sturdiness to himself and allies behind him.

  • Her Second Life (6-Star): After he uses One Stroke After Another, the Psychube restores HP equal to 64% of his Attack of all allies (at Amplification Level 5).
  • Long Night Talk (6-star): If he has two or more buffs, his damage increases by 8% while attacking. Additionally, when the Arcanist uses Wish You Good Health, his Attack boosts by 2% (can stack up to two times).
  • Brave New World (6-star): Casting his Ultimate boosts the Incantation Might of his next skill by 40% (at Amplification Level 5).
  • That Inquisitive Dear (6-star): This Psychube increases his Healing ability by 12% at Level 1 and 18% at Level 60.
  • Dawn is Coming (6-star): He can recover HP equal to 48% of his Attack of the ally with the lowest Health percentage after casting the buff-type card (triggers only once per round).

The best Psychubes for this Plant Afflatus Arcanist are Long Night Talk and Her Second Life. Long Night Talk boosts his damage-dealing ability, allowing Timekeepers to use him as a sub-DPS. Sunflower Bodyguards is Avgust’s Inheritance or Passive, which activates after players upgrade him to Insight level I. Here are the materials required to upgrade his Inheritance to Insight I, II, and III, with their effects:

Insight I: He grants 10% Damage Dealt to allies in front, and those behind him get -10% Damage Taken while entering the battle.

Avgust can fulfill the role of a healer or support character in this Reverse 1999 team. Timekeepers must always put him before the healer and behind the DPS characters while building their team due to his buff nature. They can use the following Arcanists while building a team with this 5-star Arcanist:
