Lorelei is a 5-star character that Reverse 1999 players can obtain as a reward from the new permanent game mode, A Series of Dusk. This Star-type Arcanist has Support and DPS tags in her title. She can mass attack with her Ultimate skill and buff with her Basic Skill, The Call of The Sea. Her other Basic Skill, On the Shore, can debuff enemies and inflict damage.

Lorelei can buff her allies’ Critical Damage and damage-dealing ability. This 5-star character can also reduce the damage her allies receive from enemies.

Here are the skills of this Reverse 1999 Arcanist:

  • On the Shore (Basic Skill 1): Lorelei deals 120%/200%/300% Mental damage to two enemies with one/two/three-star rank cards. Additionally, she can inflict one stack of Weakness on the enemies hit by this skill.
  • The Call of The Sea (Basic Skill 2): Lorelei grants 25%/35%/45% Critical Damage to all allies with one/two/three-star rank cards for two rounds. Additionally, she gives 15%/20%/25% Damage Reduction with one/two/three-star rank cards.
  • A Drifting Song (Ultimate Skill): This skill deals 300% Mental damage to all enemies. Additionally, it deals an additional 20% Mental damage if the Spelldock has Attack incantations. A Drifting Song gets a 10% Critical Rate buff if there is an incantation that can buff and a 20% Penetration Rate if there is an incantation that can debuff on the Spelldock.

  • Long Night Talk (6-star): Lorelei deals 8% extra damage with her skills if she has two or more Pos. Status. She gains a 2.5% boost in her Attack while using a buff skill.
  • His Bounden Duty (6-star): Whenever the Arcanist defeats an enemy, she recovers HP equal to 120% of her Attack.
  • Brave New World (6-star): At Amplification level 5, Lorelei's next skill gains a 40% Incantation Might after she casts her Ultimate Skill.
  • Her Second Life (6-star): At Amplification level 5, Lorelei recovers HP equal to 64% of her Attack after casting her Ultimate Skill.

Players can make a Sub-DPS build with Long Night Talk and Brave New World. On the other hand, equipping His Bounden Duty and Her Second Life grants Lorelei healing abilities, making her best for the Support role.

Lorelei’s Inheritance, Happy Song, unlocks at Insight Level I. The Inheritance grants different effects at Insight II and Insight III.

Here are the details of this Mineral Afflatus character's Inheritance at each Insight level and the materials required to upgrade it:

Insight I: Lorelei triggers one effect at the start of a round. The effect triggered depends on the type of incantation in the Spelldock. If the dock has Attack-type incantation, it increases her allies’ damage-dealing ability by 15%. If there is a buff-type incantation, it increases all allies’ Critical Rate by 15%. If there is a debuff-type incantation, all enemies receive 15% more damage.

Lorelei takes on the role of a Support and Sub-DPS character in Reverse 1999. Timekeepers can use Lucy of Intelligence Afflatus, Windsong of Star Afflatus, Eagle of Plant Afflatus, Spathodea of Beast Afflatus, and Regulus of Star Afflatus for the DPS slot.

Players can use Tooth Fairy of Star Afflatus, Yenisei of Star Afflatus, La Source of Plant Afflatus, and Vila of Plant Afflatus for the healer's slot. They can also bring 6 of Intelligence Afflatus, and 37 of Star Afflatus to the Mane’s Bulletin game mode.
