Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update: New story chapter, banners, events, and more

Bluepoch has announced the details of the upcoming Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. Timekeepers will be able to play a new story chapter, which will take them to Vienna in the 1910s. The update will also debut new banners, two 6-star Aracnists, multiple events to farm in-game items, and more. Additionally, Timekeepers will also be able to play the backstory of X and A Knight in Reverse 1999's Anecdote game mode.

Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update: New story chapter

Bluepoch will extend the main story in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. Timekeepers will travel to Vienna in the 1910s in Chapter 6 of the main story, E Lucevan Le Stella. The people of Vienna are searching for pure art, and the city’s nooks and corners are filled with theaters and salons.

Timekeepers must complete the main story, The Prisoner in the Cave, and the special chapter, The Star, to play the E Lucevan Le Stella. A main event will also be available from July 11 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Timekeepers can complete the Chapter 6 stages to obtain various in-game items during the period. The main rewards include Clear Drops, Symphony, and Picrasma Gummy.

Timekeepers can also complete various missions related to the new story chapter in the Golden Waltz side event. It will be available from July 11 to August 12, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5 in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. Completing the missions rewards various in-game items, including Symphony.

Timekeepers can exchange Symphony for various items at the event-exclusive exchange shop, Outdoor Theatre. It will open on July 11, 2024, and close on August 15, 2024. One can exchange Symphony for a new 6-star Reverse 1999 Psychube: Knock on the Door, Gluttony, Unilog, and more.

Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update: New banners

Three banners, with two featuring new Arcanists, will be available in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. Here are the details:

Vissi D’arte, Vissi D’amore

The banner will be available from July 11, 2024, to August 1, 2024, at UTC-5. It will feature a new 6-star Arcanist, Isolde of Spirit Afflatus, and two 5-star Arcanists, Tennant of Beast Afflatus and Necrologist of Mineral, at a boosted drop rate.

Reading in Sea Breeze

The Reading in Sea Breeze banner will be available from August 1 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5 in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. It will feature a new 6-star Arcanist, Marcus of Plant Afflatus, and two 5-star Arcanists, Charlie of Star and Dikke of Beast Afflatus, at a boosted drop rate.

Yearning of the Water

The Yearning of the Water banner will be available from August 1 to August 14, 2024, at 23:59 UTC-5. It features two 6-star Arcanists, 37 of Star Afflatus and Jessica of Plant, at a boosted drop rate. Timekeepers can perform three Summon x 10 with only eight Unilogs as a part of the Summer Heat Relief Special Bonus. Timekeepers will have a 70% chance to obtain one of the two 6-star Arcanists.

New events in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update

Below is the list and schedule of all events that will be available in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update:

• The Small Room: Timekeepers will be able to play the character story of Isolde in this event. It will be available from July 11, 2024, to August 1, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. One can get Clear Drops and Growth Materials as main rewards.
• The Tall Lighthouse: This event features the character story of Marcus and will be available from August 1 to August 15, 2024, at UTC-5. Timekeepers can get Clear Drops and Growth Materials as main rewards.
• Summer Heat Relief: It is a log-in event that rewards Limited Building and Growth Materials for logging in to the title for seven days. The event will be available from July 13 to July 23, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5.
• Mane’s Bulletin: A new iteration of Mane’s Bulletin will be available from July 18 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. The raid bosses that will be featured are Isle Cryptid, Hypothesis of Exhibition, and Projection of Nightmare. Timekeepers can get Gluttony, Greed, Polarization, Resonance, and Insight Materials as main rewards.
• Curtain and Dome: This is a log-in event that will be concluded in two parts. The first part, Curtain and Dome I, will be available from July 11 to August 1, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Its second part, Curtain and Dome II will be available from August 1 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Players can log in for seven days during the event periods and get Unilog ✕ 7 from each part.
• Anecdotes: Timekeepers will be able to play the backstories of two new Arcanists, A Knight and X, in the Anecdotes game mode. A Knight’s story, The Ninth Virtue, will be available from July 15 to August 12, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. X’s story, The Will of Gears, will be available from July 29 to August 12, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. One can get Greed and 5-star Psychube as the main rewards.
• A Nightmare at Green Lake rerun: A Nightmare at Green Lake will rerun for a limited time. It will be available from July 29 to August 11, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. The event stages will go live from July 29 to August 8, 2024, and the event-exclusive shop from July 29 to August 11, 2024. One can get Canned Scream, Unilogs, and Growth Materials as main rewards.
• Double Analysis: This event will be available from August 5 to August 15, 2024, at UTC-5. One can get double rewards from the Pneuma Analysis (up to 4 times per day and 20 times in total) during the event period.
• Go North, Friend: This event will go live from August 10 to August 15, 2024. Players can get Clear Drops, Picrasma Candy, and Growth Materials as main rewards.
• Beyond the Ring: A new iteration of UTTU, Beyond the Ring, will be available in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. The UTTU Stages will be available from August 1 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. The UTTU Shop will also be available during the event period. Timekeepers can get Ms. Moissan’s theme garment (Outside the Church), Limited Portrait, Crystal Casket, and Growth Materials as main rewards.

More new content in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update

The Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update will also bring new Garments, a new iteration of Roar Jukebox, and new buildings in the Wilderness shop. Here are the details:

New Garments

Two outfits from the One Moment of Aria garment series will be available from July 11 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Here is the list:

• Melania: A Peaceful Night

A new outfit, Swing, Rise, Suspend, from the On the Red Land garment series will also be purchasable from the Garment Shop. It will be available from July 26 to August 11, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5.

Timekeepers will also be able to get a new outfit, Outside the Church, for the Reverse 1999 Arcanist Ms. Moissan from Beyond the Ring UTTU event for free in the Reverse 1999 version 1.7 update. Additionally, one can also get Satsuki’s Limited garment, Silver Rose, by purchasing the Collector’s Edition of the new Roar Jukebox, Ornament and Crime.

New Roar Jukebox: Ornament and Crime

A new iteration of Roar Jukebox, Ornament and Crime, will be available with new missions from July 11 to August 12, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Timekeepers can obtain a new garment for Satsuki, Silver Rose, by unlocking the Collector’s Edition.

The duration of Ornament and Crime is shorter than the previous iterations of Roar Jukebox. Bluepoch will send Roar Decibel ✕ 10,000 to all players as compensation.

Wilderness Shop

A new Wilderness theme pack, Gate to the Ring Road, will be purchasable from the Wilderness shop from July 11 to August 15, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5. Additionally, the Forest of Silence pack will be purchasable from July 29 to August 11, 2024, at 04:59 UTC-5.
