While the official X post has already announced the release date of Third Eye: Disloyal Rhya in Black Clover Mobile, the developer is yet to release the spotlight video that unveils the skills of the new hero. Therefore, we had to rely on leaks for details regarding the hero's stats and skills.

As per a reliable YouTuber/Black Clover Mobile content creator (YouTube/@ScottIng11), Third Eye: Disloyal Rhya in Black Clover Mobile is a mage that gains additional buffs depending on the partner's mage class. Every Crit Damage Power Ups with Extra Attack.

His unique passive helps him apply an extra effect to himself based on the partner's mage class at the start of each turn. A Defender partner mage will grant a 30% Reduced DMG taken buff for one turn. An Attacker partner mage will grant a 30% Increased DMG dealt buff for one turn, a Supporter grants a 50% Increased Mobility, a Debuffer mage grants SP +3 buff, and a Healer mage will grant 100% of ATK as a Barrier for one turn.

If you upgrade this passive by two Dupes [LR +2], attacking Rhya will grant a 5% Increased DMG dealt for every buff present on the enemies. However, if you upgrade it to the maximum Dupes, Rhya grants a 40% Increased Crit Rate and a 15% Reduced DMG taken when Counterattack is present on himself. He will also grant Immortality for one turn (one time per battle) if the HP is less than 30%.

First skill: Light and Darkness
Upon landing on CRIT, Rhya inflicts Extra Attack [70% of ATK and MATK] copies two of the enemies' buffs and also extends the Counterattack Duration. His ATK and MATK increase by 20% at level five.
Second skill: Water and Lightning
Rhya in Black Clover Mobile inflicts Extra Attack [80% of ATK and MATK] damage upon casting his second skill on CRITs. It also inflicts Electrocute for two turns upon dealing an extra attack with this skill. His ATK and MATK percentages increase by 40% when this skill is at level five.

Special skill: Elf's Wrath
The mage can inflict [170% of ATK and MATK] Extra Attack with this skill. It also inflicts extra depending on the partner mage's class.
- A Defender partner mage will help him with Immortality Removal.
- An Attacker will help him with Barrier Removal
- A Supporter will help him to inflict a 50% Reduced Mobility debuff
- A Debuffer mage will help him inflict SP -3 debuff in an enemy
- Lastly, a Healer Mage will help him with Barrier Immunity on an enemy for two turns.
When at level five, this skill's ATK increases by 80%.
Combined Attack
His Combined Attack skill helps him inflict Concentrated Attack on the enemy for one turn. It also grants himself and a partner mage a Counterattack buff for one turn. When at level five, this skill's ATK percentage also increases by 20%.
