Rime-Draped Sprouts stats

The weapon has a maximum of 500 Base ATK and 72% Crit. DMG at level 90. Based on your weapon's Syntonization Rank (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), this weapon will increase your ATK by (12%, 15%, 18%, 21%, 24%). Using Resonance Skill will give the equipped Resonator (12%, 15%, 18%, 21%, 24%) a Basic ATK DMG boost for six seconds, which can stack up to three times.

When an Outro Skill is cast with three stacks of the buff mentioned above, it will consume all the stacks to give (52%, 65%, 78%, 91%, 104%) DMG Bonus to the off-field basic attacks performed by the equipped Resonator, which cant for 27 seconds.

Yinlin is a 5-star Electro sub-DPS Resonator. After Zhezhi, she is the second-best choice for this particular weapon. She can utilize the Basic ATK DMG bonus of the weapon's passive and will also benefit from the off-field coordinated attack damage buff that the weapon's passive provides. For players who could not get Yinlin's signature weapon, Rime-Draped Sprouts can be a viable option as well.

Encore is a 5-star Fusion Main DPS Resonator. She can benefit from the weapon's offensive stats while fully utilizing the Basic ATK DMG bonus passive. But, it must be noted that she cannot take advantage of the weapon's second passive that buffs the off-field coordinated attack damage of the equipping Resonator. Though not the best, this weapon is still a good option for Encore.
