Rough Tarkov in Escape from Tarkov: How to complete and rewards

Rough Tarkov is one of the newest quests in Escape from Tarkov. Introduced in Patch 0.15, this mission must be completed to unlock a new feature called Tripmine. You can attach most grenades — stun, frag, and smoke — to the Tripmines to either eliminate hostile PMCs or distract them. This particular quest is fairly simple as you have to go to two maps — Woods and Ground Zero — to locate the minefield and Claymore, respectively.

You must complete two objectives for Rough Tarkov in Escape from Tarkov. These are:

• Find the heavily mined area on Woods.
• Find the Claymore on Ground Zero.

Start a Woods match with all the gear you need. After you spawn, head toward the northern part of the map, where the USEC Camp is located. First clear the camp when you reach it. After checking both Camps, go back to the first one.

Now, go to the end of the camp, where you will see a wooden crate: vault over it to climb the rocks. Alternatively, going near the sandbags will also complete the objective. When you are done, safely head towards an extraction point. Don't worry if you die while heading to an extract, as the mission progress won’t reset.

After completing the Woods objective, start a Ground Zero raid to complete the second one. When you spawn, navigate the map to go to Tarbank, which is located right beside the TerraGroup complex. Head inside the Tarbank building through the main entrance and take a right turn after crossing the reception desk. Then, walk to the end of the hallway and take another right turn.

Thereafter, you should see an open door at the end of the hallway. All you need to do is run/walk to the door and stand outside the room. Don't go inside the room, as the Claymore mine will detonate and kill you.

• Experience: 4,440
• Jaeger Reputation: +0.01
• Roubles: 60,000 (63,000 and 69,000 Roubles for having either Intel Center levels 2 or 3 unlocked, respectively)
• Tripwire kit: 2x
