Brawl Stars is emerging as a global sensation in the mobile gaming world. Created by Supercell, the title boasts around 100 million players. One of the reasons for its popularity is the Showdown mode that players can enjoy as Solo or Duo. But if recent leaks are to be believed, the devs are planning another Showdown mode.

That's not all as rumors of the game collaborating with a popular fictional character are also flying. This article will cover such rumors surrounding Supercell's popular title, Brawl Stars.

Brawl Stars working on Trio Showdown mode according to rumors

According to the popular game leaks account @404LEAK on X, Supercell will soon introduce a Trio Showdown game mode. While they have not mentioned an exact date, they claim that developers will release this game mode in the next update in August 2024.

Currently, the game sports a Solo Showdown mode, consisting of 10 players, and a Duo Showdown mode, comprising five teams of two players each. If devs are working on a Trio Showdown mode, they would have to increase the number of players in a lobby while also increasing the size of the map.
