It appears that travelers have a decent amount of voice lines in the summer event quest. The last time we heard the traveler speak was during Arlecchino's Story Quest when he was speaking to Arlecchino.

Multiple "???" characters have tons of dialogue in the first three acts. Speculations suggest it could be referring to Hexenzirkel Witches, Durin, or any future characters. However, there is no evidence to support this claim at the moment.
