Recent Genshin Impact 5.0 leaks have provided the community with possible information on the Natlan Hydro character codenamed "Mualani" who was featured in the 4.8 Natlan teaser. In this teaser, she was seen riding a shark and had a Hydro vision.

Further leaks have now speculated she may be a Catalyst user with a skill that launches homing projectiles. Additionally, these homing projectiles might provide a damage reduction if they hit three or more enemies. She is also rumored to have a stacking mechanic of some form with her abilities.

The leak also lists the potential effects of four constellations Mualani could have, including

• C1 - When having max stacks, additional HP scaling is applied to Normal Attacks and the homing projectiles.
• C2 - Absorb Sourcewater Droplets to stack some sort of mark.
• C4 - Increases damage of Elemental Burst.
• C6 - Every Normal Attack has the HP Scaling which was previously only accessible by triggering C1.
