Honkai Star Rail leaks: New characters Fugue, Rappa, and Feixiao details

More Honkai Star Rail leaks have surfaced on various forums as the game approaches the second half of version 2.3. The upcoming version 2.4 will mark the return of the Astral Express crew to the Xianzhou Luofu Alliance fleet. New adventures await including a new ability for March 7th, The War Dance celebrations, and much more.

Hoyoverse has already teased a few new faces who will appear during the War Dance and join the playable character's list. This has left the community in a sense of mystery, and leakers are now trying to shed more light on each character teased during the 2.3 livestream.

New Honkai Star Rail leaks hint at how Feixiao, Fugue, and Rappa will work

Reliable Star Rail leaker Ubatcha has hinted at how some upcoming characters will work. On a few posts on X, they shared this with the Star Rail community. The first is Feixiao, one of the many characters teased at the end of the official Honkai Star Rail 2.3 livestream.

Feixiao will have Enhanced Basic Attack and Enhanced Skill. It is not confirmed if her Ultimate can deal damage, but it will buff her other attacks, something akin to Firefly, where she also gains enhanced skill and basic attack after using her ultimate.

The leaks also gave a few insights into the kits of Lingsha and Moze, both of whom were also teased during the stream. Ubatcha mentioned that both of them lack any enhanced state but all their ultimate, basic attack, and skill can deal damage.

Rappa is the second character mentioned in the datamined information. They were not a part of the War Dance teaser but might appear during the event. The only information available as of yet for Rappa is that they will have a multi-stage ultimate like Acheron. The last hit will most likely not deal any damage according to the Honkai Star Rail leaks.

The third character mentioned in the Honkai Star Rail leaks was another new character named Fugue. The only available information is that their Ultimate may not deal any damage but their skill and basic attack would.
