Here are the details of Tribbie’s kit in Honkai Star Rail:

• Basic ATK: Tribbie unleashes an attack that deals a substantial amount of Quantum damage. This ability scales with her HP.
• Skill: When Tribbie activates this ability, she enters the “Numinosity” state. While she is in this state, all allied characters’ All-Type RES PEN gets a significant boost.
• Ultimate: When triggered, Tribbie activates a Zone and deals a decent amount of Quantum damage to all adversaries. While the Zone is active, all adversaries take increased damage from every hit. When an ally attacks an opponent, the latter receives extra Quantum Additional DMG that scales with this 5-star’s HP.
• Talent: Tribbie unleashes a follow-up attack when her team members activate their ultimate ability.
• Technique: If Tribbie engages in a battle after activating this ability, she immediately gains the “Numonosity” state when the fight starts for three turns.
