Since the developers usually release one Mythic skin per season, these rumors help players decide whether they want to purchase the skin, as they are quite expensive.

Alter to receive the next Mythic skin in Apex Legends

As mentioned earlier, one of the renowned data miners and leakers, @HYPERMYSTx’s new post suggests that Alter, the newest addition of the Skirmisher class, might receive the upcoming Mythic skin in the game. Given that only one Mythic skin is released each season, this skin will likely debut in the upcoming Apex Legends Season 23.
Moreover, since Mythic skins come with three tiers, a unique finisher, and a Dive Trail, it will be quite interesting to see what the developers will design that suits Alter. As of now, there are no leaked images of the skin, so players will have to wait until the developers officially reveal the skin in a collection event trailer.
We can also safely speculate that the skin will be a Collection Event reward since the developers have been following the same routine for the past 22 seasons. This means players will have to purchase all the skins featured in the collection event to unlock Alter’s Mythic skin.
Generally, players need to purchase 24 items before they can unlock the main reward of the event, which usually features Legendary and Epic character skins, weapon skins, Banner Frames, Banner Poses, and more.
