Even with its Energy Recharge substat, being able to quickly reuse abilities can make up for the difference in the lack of a more offensive stat like %ATK or Crit Rate/DMG.
Who are the best users for Sacrificial Bow?
Diona stands out as one of the best users, with her Elemental Skill providing an immense amount of particles as well as potent shielding.
