Long-arm Centipede Giraffe is the most fun I had with a mini-boss in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice thus far. Taking it down is the easiest thing in this game if you have mastered deflection or parrying by now, and it will barely take about 40-50 seconds to kill him twice.
If you are still struggling with deflection though then this mini-boss would definitely be a pain. So basically, this 'Long-arm Centipede Giraffe' has only two different types of attack. First one is where it will put out multiple slashing attacks and the only way to avoid them is by deflection - otherwise, you'll die real quick.
But this is actually the fun part. You see deflecting these multiple attacks at the appropriate time will completely fill up his posture meter and you can immediately pull the killing stroke. Okay, so the first phase has been done without taking a hit and just 20 seconds (or less) have passed - so far so good.

Now the second phase of this battle is even easier. Just as he comes back to life, he will try a sweeping attack upon you while the usual red kanji symbol flashes. Quickly jump up to land upon him which will almost completely fill up his posture meter.
Now after that, he will continue the same number of the multiple attacks which he used during the first phase which you can easily deflect. Halfway through this attack, his posture will surely be full again for you to perform the killing stroke.
All of this won't even take more than a minute and if you're unsure then do watch the video I posted above of my own playthrough. Also, make sure to comment down below any help you need regarding the game's other bosses.
