Following his release in version 1.5, Argenti is getting his first-ever rerun banner in Honkai Star Rail 2.3. He is a Path of Erudition character who utilizes the Physical element. Due to his affiliation with the Erudition Path, Argenti can deal Physical damage to multiple enemies in a single attack. His Ultimate ability is also rather unique as gamers can overcharge it by accumulating a significant amount of Energy.
With that being said, the Trailblazers wondering if Argenti is a character worth pulling for in the upcoming update should continue reading. This article goes over his team role and discusses whether players should pull for him or not.

What is the best team role for Argenti in Honkai Star Rail 2.3?
As stated previously, Argenti is a Path of Erudition unit; hence, he fills the main DPS spot in most team compositions. Due to how his kit is constructed and how it works, Argenti should strictly be placed in hypercarry teams.
Since his Ultimate ability has two versions, the latter being better at unleashing colossal damage on adversaries, it takes a decent amount of time for him to gather the Energy. However, when in a team with characters such as Tingyun, Bronya, Ruan Mei, Huohuo, and Harmony units, he can be an exceptional damage dealer in Honkai Star Rail.
Should you summon Argenti in Honkai Star Rail 2.3?
Although Argenti seems like a 5-star character you should pull for, he is not as great as the other DPS units who are in the meta. If you do not have him in your collection, it is recommended that you either save your Stellar Jades for upcoming characters such as Yunli or Jiaoqiu, or pull for Jade during phase two of Honkai Star Rail 2.3.
While Argnti deals a significant amount of damage, the modifiers and the scaling of most of his abilities are rather underwhelming. Looking at the upcoming character schedule, Firefly, Ruan Mei, and even Jade would be better choices. Although Ruan Mei is a buffer/Harmony unit, her abilities are exceptional, which allows her allies to deal an absurd amount of damage.
