What is the best team role for Yunli in Honkai Star Rail 2.4?

Since Yunli treads on the Destruction Path, the best team role for her would be that of the main DPS. You can also choose to run double DPS characters in your Yunli team, which can work in various activities. Moreover, the hypercarry teams are best suited for Yunli; therefore the best choice will be running double Harmony or a Harmony and a de-buffer with her.

The counterattack units are not in the meta, therefore, it is quite uncertain if she will be dominating the meta after her release since Yunli also specializes in unleashing counterattacks.

Is Yunli worth pulling for in Honkai Star Rail 2.4?

In the upcoming Honkai Star Rail 2.4 patch Yunli is not worth spending your Stellar Jades or Star Rail Special Passes on, especially if you have Clara in your collection. Upon taking a look at Yunli’s kit, it can be said that she is a polished/fine-tuned version of Clara since both can launch counterattacks and get the enemies’ aggro by taunting them.

If you already have a fully built Clara with a decent build, you can easily skip Yunli in version 2.4 and go for any of the 5-star characters, since all of them are quite good choices. However, if you don't have Clara and Yunli’s play style caught your eye, you can pull for the latter.
